Few executives and hiring managers understand the Talent Attraction Process. They feel that the process is an HR process. Unfortunately, recruiting mirrors the SALES Process perfectly.
Have you ever hired an accountant or engineer and expected them to lead your company in Sales? Most likely, no. Look at the Sales staff in your Human Resource Department. If you do not see any Sales professionals there, you may be experiencing difficulty sourcing and recruiting top performers.
Managers who do not understand sales, do not understand the importance of moving quickly to identify quality candidates and respond quickly to attract them.
