I believe in Santa Claus, and I am a Baby Boomer. Santa Claus exists inside many Christians as a symbol of a belief.

The belief in ourselves was formed early in our development as we began to crawl, then take those first steps, then run (maybe a little out of control!). We began to say words and all these actions were reinforced by our Parents.

How Will Santa Claus Help With My Search?

Interestingly, Santa Claus can help you with your search because, during this Holiday Season, people are more open to chatting with other people. This makes networking more convenient.

Remember, many companies have new budgets on January 4^th. Government contractors are wrapping up their first quarter – and are still attempting to hire new employees.

Top managers – and aren’t they the managers that you want to work for? They are searching for Top Performers right now so they may start them on January 3^rd or 4^th.

Now is The Best Time of year to Network! On January 3^rd, people will return to their old practice of being difficult to contact, unless you are referred to them by someone they trust. Company Applicant Tracking Systems screen candidates out with their keyword searches. You need an 85% Keyword match to receive a call from Human Resources.
