Once, one of my candidates interviewed with one of my clients on Christmas Eve morning and received an offer. She called me on Christmas Day evening and told me she accepted. She gave 2 weeks notice on December 26.

One of the ways I measure if a client’s manager is in the Top 10% of managers, is to work with them. If they tell me to get out of their way and let them Recruit on their own, I get out of their way – and offer assistance if they need it.
